It’s been a dynamic year for the company, and we sat down with Phil Hudson – Sales Manager, who explained in more detail how the last 12 months has been, “Sales this year have been very good, and we have had a higher turnover than last year which shows us that we are growing month on month. Over the past year, our company has continued to grow from strength to strength. We take pride in ensuring that our customers are never left waiting – maintaining strong stock levels across our entire product range so that orders arrive quickly and reliably. Over the past few months, Ayce Solutions has been putting the finishing touches on its groundbreaking new mobile lathe, set to officially launch early next year. The innovative ASV-02 Mobile Diamond Cutting Lathe made its debut earlier this year at Automechanika Birmingham, where it attracted widespread attention. Engineered from the ground up for both mobile and static applications, the ASV-02 boasts a compact footprint, making it perfect for mobile technicians or workshops with limited space. Key features include tyre-on technology, a lip-profile adjustment for efficient curb damage removal, 2-touch optimisation, and multiple cycle options. It also incorporates the same intuitive, user-friendly software as Ayce’s larger ASV-01 lathe, ensuring precision and ease of use for every operator.
“This has taken us some time to develop as we have scrutinised every single aspect of it and tested it to its extreme. This will be the most user-friendly lathe on the market today and we cannot wait to show the world!” said Phil.
Another standout product is Ayce Solutions’ static, purpose-built alloy wheel lathe, designed to restore and enhance alloy wheels with a precise ‘diamond cut’ finish. It features a user-friendly, graphical multi-touch interface for simplified probing and cutting, alongside an automatic touch probing system for quick wheel setup. The lathe also includes lip-profile adjustments for efficient curb-damage removal, an electric turning turret with automatic lubrication for consistent performance, and an AirJet system to clear swarf and prevent scratching. Additional highlights include remote WiFi support, manual control via an MPG handwheel, and the ability to cut wheels up to 30” in diameter. Each machine comes with full UK-based technical support, a 12-month warranty, and two days of hands-on training at the manufacturer’s facility to ensure operators achieve the highest level of competency.
Also important to note, that Ayce Solutions also offer smart repair training courses. Upon purchasing any kit, customers are given the option to include a comprehensive Ayce Solutions certified training course for one operator, to ensure the customer leaves holding the highest level of practical competency to complete the job.
Taking place at the company’s state-of-the-art facility in West Yorkshire, all Ayce Solutions staff hold over 20 years of experience between them and have perfected the correct procedures in all areas of SMART Repair. Just some of the training courses available are: Alloy Wheel Repair, Paintless Dent Removal, Interior Trim Repair, CNC Diamond Cutting, Paint and Stonechip Repair.
