Oliver Valves has completed a batch of 90 trunnion mounted, metal seated D Type DBB valves as part of a wider order of more than 700 valves for a major unconventional gas development in the Middle East.
The valves will support critical isolation duties across a large-scale gas infrastructure project, where reliability, sealing performance and robust valve design are essential for demanding operating conditions.
The wider development forms part of one of the region’s most significant gas programmes, focused on increasing domestic gas production and supporting the delivery of sales gas, ethane, natural gas liquids and condensate. As the project progresses through its next phase, associated infrastructure will include extensive processing, pipeline and power generation facilities.
Oliver Valves’ D Type Double Block and Bleed valves are designed to provide dependable isolation in high-pressure applications, combining compact installation with the added assurance of double isolation and bleed functionality. The trunnion-mounted, metal-seated configuration makes them particularly suited to severe service environments where long-term performance is critical.
For Oliver Valves, the order reflects the continued demand for British-engineered valve solutions on major international energy projects. With decades of experience supplying valves for critical oil and gas applications, Oliver continues to support some of the world’s most technically demanding developments.
From our manufacturing base in Knutsford, Cheshire, Oliver Valves remains focused on delivering proven engineering, quality manufacturing and valve solutions trusted across global energy infrastructure.
